Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kohler Store Consultant located in Siliguri. The Store Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day retail sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store organization. Additionally, the Store Consultant will assist in training new employees and ensuring a positive and productive store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Ability to provide Training for new employees
• Relevant experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
