Key Responsibilities:Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer solutions and close sales. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development. Maintain and expand your database of prospects. Achieve weekly/monthly quotas and sales targets. Perform effective online demos to prospects (if applicable). Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions. Maintain CRM records accurately and consistently. Requirements:Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or similar role. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Nice to Have:Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., SaaS, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.]. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. B2B or B2C sales experience.
