The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations. Handle cleaning, chopping, and ingredient preparation. Support in packaging and dispatching orders. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas. Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly. Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly. Help manage kitchen inventory under the supervision of the chef. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a kitchen helper or assistant. Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, chopping, and handling ingredients. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions efficiently. Punctual, responsible, and willing to assist across different kitchen tasks.
