Job Description

We are Hiring Multiple Kitchen Staff!

We are looking for passionate and hardworking individuals to join our culinary team.

Open Positions:

Commis 1 – Indian Cuisine (3 vacancies)
Commis 2 – Indian Cuisine (4 vacancies)
Commis 1 – Chinese Cuisine (2 vacancies)
Kitchen Stewarding (KST) Attendant (4 vacancies)

Responsibilities (Depending on Position):

Assist in food preparation and cooking as per menu standards.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Support senior chefs and team members in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
For KST Attendants: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen preferred.
Knowledge of Indian or Chinese cuisine (for Commis positions).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts.
