Kitchen Quality & Hygiene Supervisor

As a Chef Onboarding Executive at Homekrafted, your role is crucial in assisting home chefs with the onboarding process onto our platform. You will be responsible for visiting chefs at their residences in Delhi NCR, explaining our platform policies, assisting with documentation, guiding them through profile creation, and educating them on operational aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Visit home chefs across Delhi NCR for onboarding purposes. - Clearly and warmly explain Homekrafted's platform, policies, and benefits. - Assist chefs with necessary documentation such as ID proofs, address proofs, and hygiene certifications. - Help chefs create their profiles by capturing photos of food, chef, and kitchen setup. - Educate chefs on order handling, packaging guidelines, pricing, and basic operational procedures. - Gather feedback from chefs and report it to the internal team for service enhancements. - Maintain daily visit and onboarding reports to track progress effectively. Qualifications Required: - Candidate preferred for better comfort during home visits. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with local travel within Delhi NCR. - Self-motivated, polite, and professional demeanor. - Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety preferred (training provided). - Must possess a smartphone with internet access. - Experience in customer service, sales, or fieldwork is a plus. - Minimum education requirement: 12th pass; Graduate preferred. In addition, the role offers a monthly salary of 20,000-30,000 along with Travel Allowance and Incentives based on onboarding numbers. You will be working 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with flexible timings from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to accommodate chef availability.
