Kitchen Helper / KST Job description We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Helper / Kitchen Support Team Member to assist chefs with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. The role involves chopping, assisting in cooking preparation, cleaning utensils, and ensuring hygiene standards are strictly followed. Key Responsibilities: Assist chefs in basic food preparation, chopping, cutting, and sorting ingredients. Clean and wash utensils, cooking equipment, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Support chefs in cooking processes by organizing and supplying ingredients. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas. Dispose of waste properly and ensure proper storage of raw materials. Follow safety guidelines while handling kitchen equipment. Work collaboratively with chefs and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience as a kitchen helper or support staff preferred (not mandatory). Basic knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness practices. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
