Kitchen Assistant - Gelato Production

ILATTO: Italian Gelato is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Kitchen Assistant to join our passionate team in Hyderabad. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, and supporting the creation of our authentic Italian gelato.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gelato Production Support: Assist with various tasks related to gelato manufacturing, including ingredient preparation, weighing, and transferring batches.
• Kitchen Organization & Hygiene: Maintain an impeccably organized and clean kitchen environment, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Equipment Care: Thoroughly clean and maintain the gelato making machine (Valmar) and other kitchen equipment after each use.
• General Cafe Cleaning: Support overall cleanliness by assisting with the cleaning of other areas within the ilatto cafe as needed.

Who You Are:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness.
• Able to follow instructions precisely.
• Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is a plus, but not essential.
• A passion for food and a desire to learn about authentic Italian gelato production.
