Kiosk Attendant

You are a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual joining our team as a Kiosk Attendant. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of passengers booking App-cabs from the Airport. You will deliver excellent customer service, utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability to various situations, and a strong commitment to passenger safety. Your main responsibilities will include greeting passengers and guiding them to their booked vehicles, ensuring a smooth booking and onboarding experience, assisting passengers during unforeseen situations, handling customer inquiries promptly, collaborating with drivers for operational efficiency, staying updated on company procedures and policies, and providing special assistance to elderly or disabled passengers. To excel in this role, you should preferably be certified in Aviation or Hospitality Management, with previous experience in Airport Customer service being beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and conflict situations. Fluency in English, Hindi, or Tamil is required, along with being physically fit and possessing a pleasant personality. This is a full-time job with health insurance and Provident Fund benefits. The schedule involves rotational shifts with a shift allowance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for education, and at least 1 year of total work experience, including 1 year in customer service, is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person.,
