Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, playbased learning that nurtures curiosity, language, numeracy, creativity, and socialemotional growth
Maintain an exemplary standard of care, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding at all times
Differentiate activities for varied abilities; observe, document, and report progress with professionalism
Prepare highquality learning materials and purposeful weekly plans; integrate movement, music, art, and early STEM concepts
Build strong partnerships with families; communicate clearly and respectfully
Collaborate with colleagues; participate in continual professional development and uphold all centre policies

Qualifications

Qualifications: Any Degree + Montessori/NTT/ECCE
Experience:
0 to 5 years
(internships/assistant roles welcome)
Skills: Fluent English; strong child engagement; organised and reliable; growth mindset
Desirable: First Aid; portfolio of activities/learning aids

Location Preference

Candidates residing in or around Avadi/Kovilpathagai are preferred; others are welcome to apply if commuting is manageable.
