Kinaxis Tester

As a QA Analyst for a 6M Contract-to-Hire position in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for manual testing efforts on Kinaxis Maestro, a supply chain planning tool. Your role will involve validating configurations and enhancements in various planning modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Aggregated Supply Planning. You will collaborate with the India QA team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the quality of Kinaxis Maestro functionalities. Additionally, you will conduct integration testing with backend systems, particularly SAP ERP, and participate in regression and performance testing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual testing of Kinaxis Maestro configurations in QA environments - Validate enhancements and deployments in planning modules - Collaborate with the support team and business users for business validation - Conduct integration testing with SAP ERP - Participate in regression and performance testing activities - Work closely with the QA Lead to understand user stories and execute test cases - Support incremental project and enhancement work across North American functionalities - Be open to contributing to light development/configuration tasks as needed Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing, preferably in supply chain planning applications or experience with Kinaxis as an Engineer/Developer and willing to transition to a testing position - Strong understanding of functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing - Willingness to learn Kinaxis Maestro and adapt to new functionalities - Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and follow defined testing processes - Strong communication skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills & Experience: - Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP - Prior experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro - Exposure to other advanced planning systems like Blue Yonder - Functional knowledge of supply chain planning concepts - Experience in performance testing Please note that this is a summary of the job description provided for the role of Kinaxis Tester.,
