Kinaxis Tester

As a QA Analyst for the Kinaxis Maestro supply chain planning tool, you will play a crucial role in validating configurations and enhancements in various planning modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing manual testing of Kinaxis Maestro configurations in QA environments. - Validating enhancements and deployments in modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Aggregated Supply Planning. - Collaborating with the support team and business users for business validation. - Conducting integration testing with backend systems, particularly SAP ERP. - Participating in regression and performance testing activities. - Working closely with the QA Lead to understand user stories, expected outcomes, and execute test cases accordingly. - Supporting incremental project and enhancement work across North American functionalities. - Being open to contributing to light development/configuration tasks as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing, preferably in supply chain planning applications, or experience with Kinaxis as an Engineer/Developer and willing to be in a testing position. - Strong understanding of functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing. - Willingness to learn Kinaxis Maestro and adapt to new functionalities. - Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and follow defined testing processes. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Nice to have skills include: - Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP. - Prior experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro. - Exposure to other advanced planning systems like Blue Yonder. - Functional knowledge of supply chain planning concepts. - Experience in performance testing.,
