EY is hiring for Planning and Systems Lead(Kinaxis) for one of its clients Employment Type: Contract Contract Duration: 12 months Immediate to 45 days notice period candidates are preferred Role & responsibilities 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning, ideally in a global business environment. Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response / Kinaxis Maestro or similar advanced planning systems. Prior team leadership experience, including performance management and team development. Technical Skills Proficiency in Kinaxis Maestro (as a contributor or author). Strong experience with ERP systems like SAP ECC or S/4HANA . Expertise in documenting and standardizing complex business processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in digital planning tools. Leadership & Communication Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Skilled in setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities. Process & System Optimization Experience in identifying system/process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement. Ability to support system adoption, training, and change management. Experience in system implementation and change projects (desirable). Other Desirable Skills Experience in recruiting and onboarding teams. Familiarity with global planning operating models and governance frameworks. Preferred candidate profile 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning, ideally in a global business environment. Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response / Kinaxis Maestro or similar advanced planning systems. Prior team leadership experience, including performance management and team development.
