Job Title: Kinaxis Maestro Support Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Maestro Support Consultant who will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring the smooth functioning, optimization, and support of the Kinaxis Maestro platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for Kinaxis Maestro support.
Monitor and maintain platform health & performance.
Handle incidents, service requests, and user issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Manage configuration changes & minor enhancements.
Provide end-user support & knowledge sessions.
Assist with upgrades, testing, and validation.
Ensure SLA compliance & generate performance reports.
Recommend proactive improvements in performance & user experience.
Stay updated with Kinaxis best practices and industry needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Maestro (Support/Managed Services).
Preferred experience supporting semiconductor industry customers.
Strong knowledge of Supply & Demand Planning, Inventory, and Order Fulfillment.
Hands-on with Maestro modules & troubleshooting Workbooks, Tasks, Alerts, Resources.
Familiarity with ETL tools & middleware (Dell Boomi, Informatica) is a plus.
ITIL/ITSM knowledge preferred.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
