Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary contact for Kinaxis Maestro support, guaranteeing top-notch assistance for our valued customers.

- Monitor and optimize the Kinaxis Maestro platform to maintain peak performance and uptime.

- Handle day-to-day operations, including incident management, issue resolution, and service requests.

- Conduct data integrity checks, model validation, and integration monitoring to ensure smooth operations.

- Identify root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions for recurring challenges.

- Manage configuration changes and minor enhancements based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with Kinaxis Product Support and internal teams to escalate complex issues effectively.

- Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions as needed to enhance user knowledge.

- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and validation in coordination with IT and business stakeholders.

- Monitor SLA adherence and generate regular service performance reports for stakeholders.

- Proactively suggest enhancements for system performance, user experience, and process efficiency.

- Stay informed about Kinaxis best practices, new features, and industry trends in the semiconductor sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Over 5 years of experience in Kinaxis Maestro, with a focus on support or managed services.

- Preferably experienced in supporting Kinaxis for semiconductor industry clients.

- Profound knowledge of supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.

- Hands-on experience with Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, etc.

- Skilled in authoring, configuring, and troubleshooting Kinaxis Workbooks, Tasks, Alerts, and Resources.

- Familiarity with data integration, ETL tools, and middleware like Dell Boomi and Informatica is advantageous.
