Kinaxis consultant/Architect

Role Overview

The Kinaxis Senior Consultant/Architect leads the design and delivery of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for supply chain planning and management. The role partners with business stakeholders to translate planning processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP) into scalable Kinaxis configurations and best practices. It includes owning implementations or support engagements endtoend, guiding workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and golive hypercare. The consultant mentors teams, creates clientready presentations, and collaborates across time zones to ensure continuous delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Management
• 3+ years of hands-on Kinaxis (RapidResponse) experience in implementation and/or support projects
• Practical knowledge of planning processes: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP
• Experience configuring RapidResponse (workbooks/worksheets, alerts/exception management, scenarios/whatif)
• Client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work with global teams across time zones
• Good-to-have: Exposure to other SCP tools (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, Oracle SCP)
• Good-to-have: Solution design/architecture experience in Kinaxis

Responsibilities

• Lead or architect Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations and enhancement projects
• Gather and translate business requirements into Kinaxis designs and configurations
• Configure workbooks, worksheets, alerts, dashboards, and whatif scenarios aligned to planning processes
• Collaborate with data/integration teams to enable data loads and maintain data quality
• Drive testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, golive, and hypercare support
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, demos, and user training
• Create design documents, run books, and support documentation
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders across time zones
• Advise on Kinaxis and supply chain planning best practices; benchmark against other SCP tools
