Kinaxis Consultant - RapidResponse Platform

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with clients to assess business needs, supply chain processes, and system gaps
• Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization through Kinaxis RapidResponse

Kinaxis Configuration & Customization

• Design, build, and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse applications tailored to specific client requirements
• Develop data models, configure modules, and implement custom scripts (e.g., RapidTables)
• Ensure accurate and efficient flow of data across modules and connected systems

Project Delivery & Support

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (internal & client) to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for deployed Kinaxis solutions
• Maintain thorough documentation for configurations, customizations, and system integrations

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with new Kinaxis platform capabilities and supply chain best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve existing implementations and recommend value-added enhancements

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum

  3+ years of hands-on experience

  with

  Kinaxis RapidResponse

  or similar supply chain planning platforms

Technical Skills

Kinaxis RapidResponse Expertise:

• Modules:

  Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Scripting:

  Advanced experience with Kinaxis scripting (e.g., RapidTables)

• Integrations:

  Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP, CRM, WMS via APIs, middleware, or ETL tools

• Data Modeling:

  Designing scalable, accurate data models within the Kinaxis environment

• Reporting:

  Developing reports and dashboards using built-in tools or integrating with Power BI/Tableau

Data & Analytics:

• Proficient in

  SQL

  for data extraction and transformation (ETL)
• Strong understanding of

  data analysis and visualization

  (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with

  data lakes

  and

  data warehousing

  is a plus

Cloud & DevOps:

• Exposure to cloud platforms like

  AWS

  ,

  Azure

  , or

  Google Cloud Platform

• Understanding of cloud-native supply chain tools is a bonus

Project & Agile Tools:

• Experience with

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with project management tools like
