Kinaxis Consultant - RapidResponse Platform

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, processes, and supply chain challenges
• Analyze current systems and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency using Kinaxis RapiResponse

Kinaxis Configuration & Customization:

• Design, build, and configure

  Kinaxis RapiResponse

  applications tailored to client needs
• Develop and implement

  data models

  ,

  custom scripts

  , and

  integrations

  within Kinaxis
• Ensure smooth and accurate data flow within the system

Project Delivery & Support:

• Work with cross-functional teams (internal and client-side) to drive successful implementations
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to Kinaxis deployments
• Maintain thorough technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on new Kinaxis RapiResponse features and

  supply chain planning trends

• Identify and recommend improvements to existing Kinaxis configurations for enhanced performance and user satisfaction

Qualifications:

Education:

Computer Science

Experience:

3+ years

Technical Skills:

Kinaxis RapiResponse:

• Configuration Expertise:

  Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Scripting:

  Advanced use of

  RapidTables

  or Kinaxis scripting for automation and calculations

• Integration:

  Experience integrating Kinaxis with

  ERP, CRM, WMS

  systems using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware

• Data Modeling:

  Proficient in designing data models ensuring

  data accuracy

  and

  system scalability

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Capable of building custom reports and dashboards using built-in tools and integrating with BI platforms

Data & Analytics:

• Strong

  SQL

  skills for ETL processes
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like

  Excel

  ,

  Power BI

  ,

  Tableau

• Understanding of

  data warehousing

  and

  data lake

  architectures is a plus

Cloud Technologies:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like

  AWS

  ,

  Azure

  GCP

• Experience with cloud-based supply chain solutions is beneficial

Project Management:

• Experience working in

  Agile
