Job Description

1. Job Title : Technical Lead 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals along with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution.
This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical solutions and optimize processes to enhance our business operations. 3. Experience : 10 - 14 years 4. Required Skills : Technical Skills: Coupa Kinaxis Fundamentals Domain Skills: Supply Chain Management Sales Planning & Execution 5. Nice to have skills : Domain Skills: 6. Technology : Custom Service 7. Shift : Day 8. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals to optimize supply chain processes.

Oversee the integration of sales planning and execution systems to ensure seamless operations across departments. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their understanding and application of supply chain management tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges in supply chain and sales planning. - Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions to ensure clarity and consistency.
Analyze current supply chain processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives to drive overall company success. - Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates to maintain optimal functionality. - Facilitate training sessions for team members on new technologies and processes to enhance their skill sets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve supply chain and sales planning capabilities. - Support the development of technical strategies that align with the companys long-term goals. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals with proven experience in their application. - Demonstrate expertise in supply chain management and sales planning & execution. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Have a track record of successfully leading technical projects and delivering results.
Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and solutions for clarity and consistency. - Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Be adaptable to new technologies and willing to continuously update skills to stay current in the field. 9.
