Job Description

As a Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving technical solutions using Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals to optimize supply chain processes. Your role will also involve overseeing the integration of sales planning and execution systems to ensure seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of technical solutions using Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals - Overseeing the integration of sales planning and execution systems - Providing technical guidance and support to team members - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges - Developing and maintaining documentation for technical processes - Analyzing current supply chain processes and recommending improvements - Ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives - Monitoring system performance and implementing necessary updates - Facilitating training sessions for team members on new technologies - Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption - Supporting the development of technical strategies - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals - Expertise in supply chain management and sales planning & execution - Excellent problem-solving skills - Track record of successfully leading technical projects - Proficiency in documenting technical processes - Strong communication skills - Adaptability to new technologies Please note that the job is a Manager - Projects role [50PM00] based in INWBKOLA09(ITIND Kol-Candor-Unit3 BLDG G1&C1SEZ). Travel is not required for this position. Certifications required include Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Coupa Certification, and Kinaxis Certification.
