Position :Kiln Supervisor Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 0 to 1 year Preferred Gender: Male Work Location: Kakkanad Kochi Responsibilities: Manage section staff by assigning responsibilities, coaching team members, and monitoring their performance Ensure compliance with quality standards and verify production output Maintain equipment, schedule regular maintenance, and evaluate new equipment or techniques in coordination with the reporting authority Promote and maintain a safe work environment; oversee the safe operation of all equipment Identify and troubleshoot kiln-related maintenance issues Communicate effectively with other department heads and supervisors Train new hires and mentor kiln operators Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out and coordinate follow-ups with Electrical and Mechanical departments Apply Now - xpertzhr9@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Location: Kochi, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person
