Kids Club / Day Care Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Plan and implement daily activities that promote learning and development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Attend to the basic needs of children including feeding, dressing, and hygiene
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and needs
• Monitor and document children's progress and report any concerns to supervisors
• Support emotional and social development through positive guidance and encouragement
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a nurturing environment
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols as per center policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a day care, preschool, or early childhood education setting
• Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient, and energetic approach to working with children
• Good communication skills in [English / Local Language – as applicable]
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities
• Basic first aid knowledge is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,064.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
