KIBO OMS Developer Contract Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced KIBO OMS Developer to join our team for an upcoming engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating KIBO Order Management System for large-scale retail/eCommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end KIBO OMS implementation projects.
  
• Design and configure order routing rules & dynamic routing logic across channels and fulfillers.
  
• Manage and enhance OMS functionalities order lifecycle, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  
• Customize and extend the

  Fulfiller Module

  workflow.
• Implement & support KIBO Store Associate App for in-store order processing.
  
• Integrate with payment platforms (PayPal, Adyen, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  
• Collaborate with 3PLs (e.g., Envioclick) for shipment tracking.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  
• Support performance tuning, testing, and deployment activities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must have

• Minimum 2 full-cycle KIBO OMS implementations.
  
• Strong understanding of order routing and management processes.
  
• Experience in customizing the Fulfiller Module.
  
• Hands-on experience with KIBO Store Associate App.
  
• Integration experience with major payment gateways.
  
• Familiarity with 3PL integration and shipment tracking.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Agile project experience.
