Kg Teacher

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards for Foundation/Primary level students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring students grasp complex concepts and improve their skills.
• Assess student progress regularly through assignments, exams, and other forms of evaluation. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents/guardians.
• Tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with varying learning abilities, and implement strategies to support learners.
• Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences and stay abreast of innovative teaching methodologies.
• Stay informed about current educational trends and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and cohesive teaching environment, actively contributing to department meetings and school-wide initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• A Masters degree in related field with a B.Ed. certification.
• Excellent academic record and a deep understanding of the CBSE/IB/IGCSE curriculum.
• Proven track record of successful classroom management and student engagement.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Proficient in incorporating technology into teaching to enhance the learning experience.
