Role & Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards for Foundation/Primary level students. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking. Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring students grasp complex concepts and improve their skills. Assess student progress regularly through assignments, exams, and other forms of evaluation. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents/guardians. Tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with varying learning abilities, and implement strategies to support learners. Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences and stay abreast of innovative teaching methodologies. Stay informed about current educational trends and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and cohesive teaching environment, actively contributing to department meetings and school-wide initiatives. Preferred Candidate Profile: A Masters degree in related field with a B.Ed. certification. Excellent academic record and a deep understanding of the CBSE/IB/IGCSE curriculum. Proven track record of successful classroom management and student engagement. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and a commitment to continuous professional development. Proficient in incorporating technology into teaching to enhance the learning experience.
