Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients in Durgapur and Eastern India, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account planning.

Provide technical consultation on bearing selection, fitment, lubrication, and performance.

Coordinate with internal teams to address client-specific technical needs.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region. Provide insights to improve offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Work closely with internal departments (production, logistics, service) to ensure timely deliveries and resolution of customer issues.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Share regular reports with management.
