Key Account Manager (Real Estate)

As a Sales Executive, your role involves regular visits to channel partners, both new and existing, to establish a strong presence within the network. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through effective collaboration with your channel partners, maintaining the highest quality standards in leads. A high-quality lead is defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner. You will be coordinating to ensure prompt action on customer requests, fostering engagement through trust, communication, and service offerings, and upholding the brand image of the company through appropriate conduct. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular visits to channel partners to build a strong influence over the network. - Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through effective collaboration with channel partners. - Maintain the highest level of quality in leads, with a focus on Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits for each Customer Lead. - Coordinate to ensure prompt action on customer requests. - Foster engagement through trust, communication, and service offerings. - Uphold the brand image of the company through appropriate conduct. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a Graduation or similar qualification. - 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory. - Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business. - Strong sales skills with the ability to connect with both Channel Partners and End Customers. - Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid license. - Proficiency in English and Hindi or the regional language. - Highly motivated individual with a target-driven mindset. - Flexibility with work timings/schedule and availability.
