Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the IVF/Diagnostics/Pharma sector. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
