The Jungle Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort operations in a wilderness or forested environment. This includes guest services, staff management, property maintenance, food and beverage, eco-tourism activities, and ensuring a unique and safe guest experience in harmony with the natural surroundings. Key Responsibilities : 1. Guest Services and Experience Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized services and attention to detail Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently Promote unique jungle experiences like safaris, treks, or wildlife tours 2. Staff Management Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff including housekeeping, kitchen, front office, and guides Develop staff schedules and ensure optimal workforce utilization Maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale 3. Operations and Maintenance Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort including housekeeping, maintenance, and groundskeeping Ensure all facilities are clean, functional, and aligned with eco-friendly standards Manage inventories and supply chains for resort needs 4. Financial Management Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts Control operational costs while maximizing profitability Monitor income and expenses and prepare financial reports 5. Marketing and Promotion Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the resort through digital and traditional channels Develop and implement guest retention and loyalty programs Engage with online platforms for bookings and guest reviews 6. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef who specializes in Chinese and North Indian cuisines . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic dishes, maintaining high food quality standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious and well-presented meals. Key Responsibilities : 1. Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes in Chinese and North Indian cuisine Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control Innovate and update menus as per seasonal availability and guest preferences 2. Kitchen Operations Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety standards Monitor kitchen inventory and request supplies as needed Minimize food waste through effective planning and portioning 3. Team Coordination Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations Train kitchen staff in cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment 4.
