Experience

10+ years Skills: Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven architecture for high-performance, real-time systems.
Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices integrated with Kafka for producing and consuming events.
Define Kafka cluster architecture(brokers, partitions, replication, schema registry, security, monitoring).
Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of Kafka clusters. Ensure data governance, reliability, and fault tolerance in distributed systems.
Optimize Kafka for throughput, latency, and storage efficiency.
Lead the adoption of stream processing frameworks(Kafka Streams, kSQL, Flink, or Spark Streaming).
