Confluent Kafka Admin Responsibilities Senior Confluent Kafka admin with 10 years of total IT experience with strong engineering background Experience of setup and manage Confluent Kafka cluster and monitor its performance distribution Design Configure and manage RBAC and Multitenancy Experience with Confluent Kafka On prem as well as Confluent Kafka Cloud Manage all Kafka configurations via Ansible Good experience with setting up DR for Confluent Kafka instances Coordinate with different development teams and manage their connectivity usage in Kafka cluster Document maintain and present best engineering practice strategies to ensure nearterm changes are aligned with longterm release objectives Collaborate with infrastructure and other backend teams on software upgrades disaster recovery and other efforts Good experience in using Confluent Kafka with at least 5 years in administration ie cluster management and client integration Knowledge and experience in git and Ansible Notice Immediate – 30days.
