Job Location:- Noida Sector - 62 Key Responsibilities and Skills Make concepts easy and engaging through storytelling, real-life examples, and simple activities. Communicate complex ideas effectively and clearly. Use creativity in lesson delivery to inspire student curiosity. Conduct high-quality, interactive classes encouraging participation and critical thinking. Design innovative lesson plans with tech, hands-on activities, and group work. Create an inclusive classroom that accommodates diverse learning styles. Stay updated with educational trends and support curriculum development. Participate in ongoing research and professional growth activities. Qualifications Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution. 1–4 years of teaching experience with a focus on interactivity and student engagement in the EdTech sector. Proficiency in educational technologies and digital learning tools. Commitment to inclusive education and student success. Experience with product pitching during PTMs is an added advantage. Background in student engagement and course conversion strategies. Familiarity with active learning models like problem-based or experiential learning.
