Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Head to lead our Sikar Centre . The ideal candidate must come from a strong academic background , have experience managing teams and academic operations , and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day academic planning, operational execution, faculty management, student discipline, and overall centre performance. Job Location:- Sikar, Rajasthan Required Experience:- 7 to 15 years Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership: Ensure delivery of high-quality academic sessions for Defence exam preparations (NDA/CDS/SSB). Coordinate with subject faculty to maintain academic rigor and syllabus completion. Conduct regular academic audits, student performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Monitor and improve student results and mentor students for competitive exams. Team & Operations Management: Manage a team of faculty members, operations staff, and support personnel. Ensure smooth daily operations of the centre, including class scheduling, student attendance, and infrastructure. Maintain discipline and positive learning environment at the centre. Organize doubt sessions, mock tests, student-parent meetings, and motivational seminars. Strategy & Performance: Ensure enrolment targets, academic results, and student satisfaction KPIs are met. Coordinate with the head office for marketing, admissions, and curriculum delivery. Analyse centre performance metrics and implement improvement plans. Maintain compliance with company policies and audit standards. Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any discipline. Preference for candidates with a B.Ed. or academic certifications. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in an academic or coaching institute (Defence/NDA/CDS segment preferred). 2+ years of experience in centre/head of academics or academic operations roles .
