We are looking for a Junior WordPress Developer to join our growing marketing and technology team to help build, maintain, and optimize our digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a Junior WordPress Developer, you will assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites to support marketing campaigns, property listings, and lead generation. You'll work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure websites are fast, secure, and user-friendly, while continuously improving functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Assist in implementing website changes, landing pages, and campaign microsites.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsive design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues (front-end and back-end).
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into functional websites.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
• Support integrations with CRMs, analytics, and third-party tools.
• Stay updated with WordPress updates, plugins, and security practices.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in WordPress development (agency or in-house).
• Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with hosting panels (CloudPanel, CyberPanel, cPanel) and version control (Git).
