Job Overview: We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will involve developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to promote our brand, products, or services. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing strategies, social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee and grow the company’s presence on key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Engage with followers and track metrics to optimize performance. SEO & SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO, and optimize the company’s website for search engine ranking improvements. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for maximum ROI. Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling digital content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc.) aligned with our brand and target audience. Ensure the content is optimized for SEO. Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates, to engage with our customer base. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Provide regular reports on ROI and KPIs. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with the sales, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and overall marketing initiatives. Stay Updated with Trends: Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead in the digital space. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying on top of digital marketing trends. Preferred Skills: Experience with WhatsApp marketing software. Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
