Join our Multimedia team to edit compelling videos on national, international news and entertainment. You'll work on video edits, motion graphics, and create YouTube-optimized thumbnails. Proficiency in FCP or Premiere Pro, along with Canva and Photoshop, is a must. We're looking for someone with strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and a pulse on digital trends.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Collaborate with producers to shape story arcs, pacing, and visual identity for each video
Add graphics, sound design, and colour correction to enhance storytelling and retention
Ensure quick turnarounds without compromising quality, especially during breaking news or trending topics
Organise and maintain media assets efficiently for fast-paced editorial workflows
A keen eye for visual storytelling and audience engagement trends on YouTube
Understanding of YouTube best practices—titles, tags, retention tactics, and thumbnails
Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and handle constructive feedback positively
