Junior Video Editor

Job Summary:

Della Townships is seeking a Junior Video Editor with prior experience in real estate or luxury township projects. The role focuses on creating visually rich, high-quality video content that highlights luxury properties, township lifestyle, amenities, events, and brand narratives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos for luxury real estate and township projects, including property walkthroughs, lifestyle films, promotional reels, site progress videos, and brand content.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maintain premium brand aesthetics.

• Manage raw footage, timelines, and multiple edits while ensuring on-time delivery.

• Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, background music, and subtitles as per brand guidelines.

• Optimize videos for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and presentations.

• Ensure consistency in visual storytelling aligned with luxury branding standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 13 years of experience as a Video Editor in Real Estate or Luxury Township projects (mandatory).

• Prior exposure to luxury residential, township developments, villas, or mixed-use projects preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Working knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics.

• Strong eye for detail, composition, and luxury-focused storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Film Making, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or related field.

• Experience working with property walkthroughs, drone footage, and lifestyle shoots.
