Junior UX Designer

You will be joining the "Stealth Proptech Startup" project team in Dubai, working on a groundbreaking initiative to develop a digital real estate platform integrating advanced technologies like AI, data analytics, and Web3. The project involves collaboration with international teams to deliver a state-of-the-art product across web, iOS, and Android platforms. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist the Senior UI/UX Designer in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms. - Help develop and maintain the project's design system and style guides for visual consistency. - Design individual UI elements with a focus on usability and aesthetics. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Participate in user research activities to gather feedback and inform design decisions. - Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders. - Contribute to designing consumer-facing applications and backend administrative portals. **Required Skills and Experience** - 2-3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio in web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player. - Keen eye for detail and passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field. - Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms. - Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. - Experience in Agile/Scrum development. - Experience in designing complex data visualization or dashboard interfaces is a plus.,
