Junior Unreal Engine Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Unreal Engine Developer / Environment Artist to join our game development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with formal training in game development and a strong portfolio showcasing 3D environments, level design, and gameplay scripting. You will work closely with our design and programming teams to build immersive Simulation / game environments, prototype gameplay mechanics using Blueprints, and contribute to C++ systems where needed. Responsibilities: 1. Create high-quality game environments using Unreal Engine 5, including terrain Building, foliage painting, Implementing 3D Models, lighting. 2. Design and implement gameplay mechanics using Blueprints and basic C++ where required. 3. Assist with level layout, asset placement, and scene optimization. 4. Collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers to ensure a cohesive and performant simulation and game experience. 5. Participate in team reviews and provide constructive feedback on visual design and technical implementation. 6. Troubleshoot and debug level or Blueprint-related issues. Required Qualifications: 1.Completed a game development course (formal education or certified training). 2. Strong understanding of Unreal Engine 5 workflows including level design, lighting, and Blueprints. 3. Basic to intermediate knowledge of C++ for Unreal. 4. Solid grasp of PBR materials, environment composition, and real-time rendering. 5. Familiarity with performance optimization techniques. 6. A portfolio showcasing real-time 3D environments and /or interactive game levels in Unreal Engine. 7. Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications (Optional but a Plus): 1. Prior internship or freelance experience in game development. 2. Knowledge of tools like World Partition, Nanite, and Lumen. 3.
