Junior Unity Developer

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Unity Developer to join our game development team. Youll be working closely with designers, artists, and other developers to implement and polish gameplay mechanics, UI elements, and in-engine animations. If you love building interactive experiences and are keen to grow in a collaborative, agile environment, this is a great opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine gameplay systems and UI using C# in Unity. Implement in-engine animations, blend trees, and Timeline-based sequences. Import and set up game assets (art, audio, particles, lighting, prefabs). Identify and fix bugs; profile and optimize builds for mobile and PC platforms. Create simple custom editor tools and assist in streamlining the dev pipeline. Participate in agile sprints and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Must-Have Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Unity 2021 or later . At least one shipped or in-progress game project. Proficiency in C# including OOP principles, coroutines, and event-driven programming. Experience with Animator Controller , Blend Trees , Timeline, and basic rigging. UI development using UGUI or UI Toolkit ; familiarity with addressable and basic physics. Version control with Git , Plastic SCM , or Perforce . Experience using task management tools like Jira or Trello . Nice to Have: Knowledge of mobile optimization techniques and performance profiling.
