Junior UI/UX Designer

You will play a crucial role in the "Stealth Proptech Startup" project team as a Junior UI/UX Designer. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for the Property Search platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Senior UI/UX Designer in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms. - Helping develop and maintain the project's design system and style guides for visual consistency. - Designing individual UI elements with a focus on usability and aesthetics. - Collaborating closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Participating in user research activities to gather feedback and inform design decisions. - Preparing and presenting design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders. - Contributing to the design of consumer-facing applications and backend administrative portals. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 1-2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. - A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, experience designing for iOS and Android platforms, basic HTML and CSS knowledge, familiarity with Agile/Scrum development, and experience in complex data visualization.
