Junior UI/UX designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Support

• Create wireframes, mockups, and design assets under senior designer guidance.
• Assist in user research activities including surveys, interviews, and data collection.
• Develop design components and help maintain design system libraries.
• Support A/B testing design variations and assist in UI optimization efforts.

2. Project Execution

• Work simultaneously on multiple client projects of different complexity levels.
• Create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Assist in marketplace storefront design and optimization (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
• Support landing page and email template design aligned with marketing goals.

3. Skill Development

• Learn advanced UX methodologies and modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Stay updated on design trends and e-commerce best practices.
• Participate in client presentations and internal design review sessions.
• Contribute to agency design standards and process improvements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Quality and timeliness of design task completion.
• Progress in skill development and tool proficiency.
• Active contribution to team projects and client satisfaction.
• Achievement of learning milestones and certifications.
• Demonstrated readiness to manage projects independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
