Junior Travel Consultant

Position Overview: At Ghumo Phiro, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating customized travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients discover their perfect travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
• Create personalized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations.
• Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in travel consulting or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
