Clearly explain inclusions and exclusions to set accurate expectations. > Confirm the booking only once the customer acknowledges and agrees to the final itinerary. > Coordinate with the Sales team to re-clarify before re-confirmation. > Post-travel, call the customer to collect feedback and reviews. > Maintain daily records of: Calls made and outcomes. Final confirmations received. Feedback collected. > Maintain a structured database of destination-specific questions to ensure thorough and consistent discussions. > Continuously learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all destinations offered by the company to confidently address customer queries during pre- and post-travel calls.
