We are seeking a Travel Care Executive / Travel Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role is the customer’s main point of contact before and after their trip, ensuring the itinerary is crystal clear, expectations are set correctly, and feedback is gathered to continually improve our services. You will be equipped with in-depth knowledge of all destinations we offer, enabling you to confidently address customer queries and guide them through every detail of their journey. Key Responsibilities: > Receive confirmed bookings from the Sales team and act as the primary customer contact for itinerary verification. > Prior to travel, call the customer to: Walk them through the itinerary day-by-day. Ensure there are no gaps, miscommunications, or misunderstandings. Clearly explain inclusions and exclusions to set accurate expectations. > Confirm the booking only once the customer acknowledges and agrees to the final itinerary. > Coordinate with the Sales team to re-clarify before re-confirmation. > Post-travel, call the customer to collect feedback and reviews. > Maintain daily records of: Calls made and outcomes. Final confirmations received. Feedback collected. > Maintain a structured database of destination-specific questions to ensure thorough and consistent discussions. > Continuously learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all destinations offered by the company to confidently address customer queries during pre- and post-travel calls. Skills & Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Strong customer service mindset with patience and empathy. Attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete communication. Good organizational skills for maintaining records. Willingness to learn about multiple travel destinations. Prior experience in customer service, travel operations, or itinerary explanation is preferred but not mandatory.
