The Voice Client team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality voice call capabilities for advanced call and contact center solutions. We are committed to providing seamless connectivity, crystal-clear audio, and exceptional reliability to enhance customer engagement. Our work directly influences the experience of millions of users globally, making voice communication smarter, faster, and more resilient.

About the Role:

We are seeking aJunior Telecom Engineer who will play a vital role in delivering high-quality voice call capabilities for advanced call and contact center solutions. In this position, you will serve as the technical expert responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our clients global voice infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VoIP/SIP technologies, telecom carrier connectivity, and Ribbon (Sonus) SBCs, along with strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex network issues. Our work will directly impact the experience of millions of users worldwide, making voice communication smarter, faster, and more resilient.

Qualifications

  • 1- 2years of hands-on experience with

    Ribbon PCX or SBC

    (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of

    SIP

    (must).
  • Experience in telecom troubleshooting and operations.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • WebRTC and TLS knowledge is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with international routing (ITFS, iDID).
  • Knowledge of VoIP protocols and codecs (H.248, G.711, G.729, WebRTC, RTP, MPLS, VPN, UDP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBCs, SIP proxies, and media servers (FreeSWITCH, AudioCodes IPM-6310).
  • Familiarity with network security (TLS, IPSEC, ACLs).
  • Experience with Wireshark, Empirix, RTP stream analysis (MOS, jitter, latency, packet loss).
  • Background in designing or maintaining high-availability telecom environments (99.99% SLA).
