Job Description

Responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
Providing technical support for both hardware and software products, including installation, configuration and maintenance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer service, to resolve customer issues
Creating technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, for internal and external use
Assisting with the testing and implementation of new systems and technologies
Participating in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed
