JUNIOR TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE - IT

Role Overview: As a part of the team, you will be responsible for collecting requirements and updates from clients for both website and Desktop applications. You will be required to prepare detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance and provide client support to resolve issues in both Website and Desktop applications. Additionally, you will act as the initial point of contact for domain or website related concerns from clients, handle invoice generation, Plesk and C-panel management, and maintain a working log detailing updates and completion dates. Key Responsibilities: - Collect requirements and updates from clients for website and Desktop applications - Prepare detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance - Provide client support to resolve issues in both Website and Desktop applications - Act as the initial point of contact for domain or website related concerns - Handle invoice generation for clients and follow up - Manage Plesk and C-panel - Maintain a working log detailing updates and completion dates Qualifications Required: - Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and tasks efficiently - Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk softwares - Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines Additional Company Details: The company expects you to conduct meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues. You will also be responsible for escalating issues to the concerned team and ensuring follow-up until the resolution of the ticket. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with customers and clients. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.,
