JUNIOR TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE - IT

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting requirements and updates from clients regarding both website and desktop applications. You will be tasked with creating detailed reports that list technical assistance requests and providing client support to resolve issues in both website and desktop applications. Your role will include serving as the initial point of contact for domain or website-related concerns from clients, as well as generating invoices for clients and ensuring timely follow-up. Additionally, you will be involved in Plesk and C-panel management, as well as maintaining a working log that details updates and completion dates. To excel in this position, you must possess the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple milestones and tasks. You should be comfortable using company help desk software and be adept at assisting others in navigating it. Strong time-management skills are essential, along with the capability to set reasonable and achievable deadlines. Your responsibilities will also include conducting meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues. You will need to escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team and diligently follow up until the ticket reaches resolution. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are crucial for effective interactions with customers and clients. While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field is preferred for this role.,
