Role Overview: As a Junior Artist Manager, your main responsibility will involve identifying potential content creators on various platforms and mapping them for onboarding. You will play a crucial role in mentoring Content Creators to help them make impactful professional decisions to advance their careers. Building strong and long-lasting industry relationships as well as brand connections will be essential. Furthermore, you will need to actively seek opportunities to network within the Talent and Creator economy, continuously scouting for Talent prospects. It is imperative to maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment management industry. Your duties will also include communicating with Media, PR, and Commercial contacts to ensure inquiries are managed promptly on behalf of the Talent. Presenting content strategies that align with the personal brands of Talent for optimal success and assisting in drafting Agreements on behalf of Talent are key responsibilities. Handling all queries for Talent, providing professional support and responses, and striving to achieve annual revenue targets to guide the Talent/Creators towards long-term success are also vital components of your role. Sharing progress reports with the team is crucial for transparency and alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential content creators and map them for onboarding - Mentor Content Creators to aid them in making impactful professional decisions - Build long-lasting industry relationships and brand connections - Seek opportunities to network within the Talent and Creator economy - Possess in-depth knowledge of the influencer and entertainment management industry - Communicate with Media, PR, and Commercial contacts on behalf of the Talent - Present content strategies aligning with Talent's personal brands - Draft Agreements on behalf of Talent and support negotiations - Manage all queries for Talent, providing professional support - Embrace annual revenue targets to drive long-term success - Share progress reports with the team Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of experience in Influencer/Creator management - Good understanding of the Influencer industry and top players - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Talent and industry contacts - Display persistence, authenticity, and a determined approach to work - Friendly attitude - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral,
