Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior talent acquisition specialists in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and provide regular reports.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent to the organization.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
