Position : JR. Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibility

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify open positions and determine the specific requirements for each role.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and compatibility with the company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring managers.
• Verify candidates' references and background information to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and creating compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Liaise with hiring managers and team leads to gather insights into the requirements and expectations for each position.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company's opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices to enhance the hiring process's quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
